- Rename reference/ -> references/ (agentskills spec convention; the dir already existed with cli.md + marketplace-checks.md, so examples.md now sits alongside them and the new reference-aware checker resolves it). - Fix genuine vague term: 'activates correctly' -> 'activates when the request matches'. - Backtick the quoted filler-phrase examples in the 22.7 detection so they read as literal match-strings (clears the false-positive ambiguity flags; the checker now also skips inline-code spans for 4.2). Refs skillcheck-ay4.

Renames reference/ -> references/ (spec convention; merges with the existing references/ dir) and clears the dogfood-flagged ambiguities. Pairs with the reference-aware checker (SkillCheck PR #69): examples now live in references/examples.md and are resolved by the checker, so 14.2-no-examples no longer fires. Refs skillcheck-ay4.
