refactor: remove XA transaction support
Solution Description
remove XA SQL syntax, parser tokens, resolvers, statements and executors
remove XA session state, system variables and special transaction branches
remove XA transaction definitions, hooks, error codes and virtual tables
clean XA build registrations, documentation, fixtures and tests
retain generic local 2PC/MDS transaction support
