Cache community media in-repo (reachability + first-load reliability) - #8

raw.githubusercontent.com (courier) and huggingface.co (RemiFabre x3, HannesVonEssen) are unreachable or unstable from some regions, and HF media resolves through signed redirects that stall first paint. Cache all 6 community artifacts (~36MB) under public/media/remote-cache/ so every browser-fetched media URL is served from our Cloudflare edge or pollen-robotics.com. Provenance and upstream links documented in public/media/remote-cache/README.md; descriptors now use local paths while sources sections keep canonical upstream URLs.

Problem
Browser-fetched media still pointed at hosts unreachable or unstable from some regions: raw.githubusercontent.com (courier video+gif) and huggingface.co (4 community clips, served via signed redirects that stall first load).
Fix
Cache all 6 community artifacts (~36MB) in public/media/remote-cache/ and point descriptors at local paths. Every browser-fetched media URL is now served from our Cloudflare edge or pollen-robotics.com — no third-party media hosts in the media layer.
