Add deterministic registry simulation renders

Summary

• add a pinned, deterministic MuJoCo runner with explicit per-policy recipes and preflight rejection for unsupported schedules
• generate reviewed simulation loops, posters, and provenance reports for supported standard and roller policies
• keep publisher media canonical; use registry renders only as missing-media fallbacks or a collapsible secondary diagnostic
• move raw simulation measurements behind a compact diagnostic disclosure on behavior pages
• document the simulation boundary, CI artifacts, and deliberate publication workflow

• pnpm check
• Python simulation tests: 13 passed in a clean environment
• local alpha-walking render: passed
• running is explicitly classified as external because its 2.2 m/s task is outside the registry standard-v1 runner
