8bit palette png colors counter

Usage:

run from command line "colors-counter.exe catofairy.png" or run .bat file

or

drag and drop png file to colors-counter.exe

or

python colors-counter.py catofaity.png

or

python colors-counter.py catofaity.png catofairy-colors.txt

delete all generated .png and .txt files after each run
