Looks good to me. Thanks for the quick fix @e-perl-NOAA.
The order of the modified list is remains reversed from the description under "Specification of Time-Varying Parameters: Long Parameter Lines" but I think that's appropriate, because in that list, the bullets start at -1 and go to -4 whereas in this list it's describing column names in the order they appear (-4 to -1).
