Description
Fix #2388
Adds a new filter field (Image Base OS) to the advanced filter popped up dialog box on the Vulnerability page.
It allows user to filter vulnerabilities by an image's underlying operating system (e.g., alpine, ubuntu, redhat).
The "Image Base OS" option is conditionally visible only when the "Image" query option is selected.
