sync: import latest offloadmywork funee code

Summary

• Imports the latest code/doc/test changes from offloadmywork/funee main into netanelgilad/funee.
• Includes host:// runtime docs/declarations, self-hosted macro runtime specs/tests, release process docs, Homebrew formula, scripts, and version bump to 0.1.1.
• Excludes .github/workflows/release.yml because the available OAuth credentials lack the GitHub workflow scope needed to push workflow-file changes. Full local fast-forward merge with that file is at /opt/data/work/funee-merge/netanelgilad-funee branch sync/offload-latest.

Verification

• cargo test attempted locally but cargo/rustc are not installed in this Hermes container.
• Branch diff was checked to ensure no .github/workflows changes are included in this pushable PR branch.
