Summary
Adds RFC-0001 for Directed Evolution: the end-to-end product and architecture contract for evolving Agent Answers through real signals, Codex/TemperPaw brain runs, AI simulated users, evaluation stages, selection, promotion, lineage, Datadog-backed evidence, and Mission Control.
Notes
This is intentionally RFC-only so the goal is shareable while implementation continues in separate worktrees.
