This pull request updates the NEAR documentation to focus exclusively on Rust for smart contract development, removing or de-emphasizing references and examples for JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, and Go. The changes simplify tutorials, best practices, and code samples to feature only Rust, and adjust navigation and redirects accordingly.
