Adds read-only IntelMSR access to
MSR_SECONDARY_TURBO_RATIO_LIMIT(0x650).Intel documents 0x650 as the package-scoped secondary maximum turbo-ratio-limit register (Intel SDM, Model-Specific Registers; register address 650H, "Secondary Maximum Turbo Ratio Limit"). This complements the existing read access to
MSR_TURBO_RATIO_LIMIT(0x1AD).The change only adds 0x650 to
is_allowed_msr_read; write permissions are unchanged.References:
