实现 Word COM Add-in 宿主，支持新建、识别、编辑、刷新、绑定和清除 Draw.io 图片。 补充 Word 注册、卸载、加载检查和真实 URL 模式 E2E 脚本，并把发布安装脚本扩展为同时处理 PowerPoint 与 Word。 更新中英文 README、架构说明、用户说明和 Word 专项说明；发布包默认不再夹带 PDB 或日志，降低本机路径泄露风险。
在 README、用户手册、架构说明和 Word 专项说明中明确当前源 XML 已嵌入 Office 文档级 CustomXMLParts。 说明 sidecar .drawio 是桌面编辑缓存和人工备份，不是主存储，并补充复制、文档清理和第三方软件保存时的边界。
将 README、安装说明、用户手册和 Word 专项说明更新为推荐 draw.io Desktop v30.0.4 XML 工具修改版。 新增 v1.0.3 发布说明、测试报告和发布证据，并把默认打包/E2E 版本号提升到 v1.0.3。 发布包打包脚本补充英文 README、安装说明、用户手册和 v1.0.3 英文发布资料。
