- Issue templates are structured YAML forms; kind is recorded by the chosen form, titles carry no [Bug]-style prefixes. - Document scripts/validate-labels.py as the drift check to run after any label sync or retire. Part of #5. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
