Robot Learning Researcher working at the intersection of vision-language-action models, reinforcement learning, and real-world manipulation. PhD student in Robot Learning, advised by Prof. Elmar Rückert at the Technical University of Leoben. Previously at the AI for Robotics Lab (University of Zagreb), the Robot Control and Learning Lab, and the Institute for Smart Systems and AI at Nazarbayev University, where I completed my MSc in Robotics under the Abay Kunanbayev Scholarship.
I care about closing the gap between learned policies and robots that actually work in the physical world. That usually means the unglamorous parts: data pipelines, sim-to-real transfer, control timing, and honest evaluation.
