This PR prepares sdrtop to support IQ receivers and power-trace analyzers through shared acquisition behavior. It is one of three independent prerequisites for #7.
RX transitions and spectrum statistics were tied to the IQ path. A direct power path would otherwise duplicate that logic and risk different behavior.
This PR extracts backend-neutral transition and statistics helpers while preserving existing IQ results. #7 reuses them for power traces.
