This PR prepares sdrtop for tinySA's calibrated power traces. It is one of three independent prerequisites for #7.

The core spectrum and waterfall displays assumed a fixed dBFS range and trace age. Those assumptions do not accommodate calibrated levels or slower analyzer sweeps.

This PR lets device capabilities define display ranges, units, and staleness budgets. Existing IQ defaults and IQ-only readouts retain their current meaning. #7 adds acquisition-aware panel compatibility.

Keep existing IQ profiles at -120 to 0 dBFS with a 500 ms trace-age limit.
