### ⚠ BREAKING CHANGES

* all bundle and hub commands are removed, along with the cache, search, load, run, and history commands. `musher auth status` no longer reports publisher namespaces; it reports the credential's organization. The oci.registry_url and harness.scrollback_lines config keys are retired. Exit code 7 (ExitHarness) is retired and will not be reassigned.
