Moore Solution Technology Pte. Ltd. (MST) builds engineering tools and coordination workflows for semiconductor and industrial teams.
MST focuses on three practical workstreams:
- mature-node MPW tapeout and manufacturing coordination;
- NeuroBox D P&ID-to-native-SOLIDWORKS assembly proposal workflows for semiconductor equipment makers;
- RFQ-based sourcing support for industrial parts, BOMs, drawing-based parts and semiconductor materials.
MST helps fabless teams, university labs, research groups and industrial chip developers prepare mature-node MPW requests for review.
The public first step is a non-confidential brief:
- target node or acceptable node range;
- process family;
- estimated die area;
- sample quantity;
- package, wafer-probe and final-test assumptions;
- target timeline;
- customer country or region;
- end-use context;
- NDA / PDK status.
Public intake should not include GDS, OASIS, netlists, RTL, source code, PDK files, schematics, masks or proprietary design IP.
MST is not a wafer foundry and does not manufacture wafers directly. Availability, pricing, PDK access, schedule, package/test scope and manufacturing route are confirmed case by case through the appropriate review path.
The main public repository is:
- mst-sg/mpw-tools - browser tools for MPW readiness, no-GDS RFQ preparation, local GDSII metadata inspection, PDK/NDA checklists, P&ID intake and BOM/RFQ cleanup.

NeuroBox D is built for semiconductor equipment makers that design gas cabinets, gas panels, gas sticks and process modules.
The workflow combines P&ID understanding, tag/BOM context, customer part libraries, interface rules and spatial constraints to prepare reviewable native SOLIDWORKS assembly proposals and command plans for engineering approval.
