Release prep: auto-create Release + v0.2.0 - #108

Add a create-release job (taiki-e/create-gh-release-action) so tag pushes create the Release before the binary jobs upload — no manual step needed. Bump version to 0.2.0 and record the sizing/layout features in CHANGELOG.

Two things for a hands-off release:
create-releasejob (taiki-e/create-gh-release-action) that runs before the binary matrix, so a tag push creates the Release and the uploads succeed (previously the release had to be created by hand).--pad-x/--pad-y,--margin-x,--min-width) merged since 0.1.0; CHANGELOG updated.After this merges,
git tag v0.2.0 && git push origin v0.2.0will fully build + release.
