instead reading console when to quit. This helps running asp_state as a (unix) service daemon.

This should help to fix https://bugzilla.xamarin.com/show_bug.cgi?id=7838 asp-state unable to use in daemon

How does this affect Mono on Windows? Are the POSIX signals emulated properly for the close console window, CTRL-C, and shutdown cases? Or do we need runtime detection of OS?

I've just tested the patch and it works fine with systemd. Can you please merge it?
