A design-doc consisting of stuff from the IPC-Idea thread, the google doc from said thread and my own ideas.
This is my first design doc, so there is probably some stuff missing, just let me know.
A think which is missing is a name. I'd like to not name them IPC because they differ a lot from other forks IPC. This should be done to avoid confusion.
