should have:
1 model method to update delivery order
2 PUT parcels/ endpoint
How should this be manually tested?
1 on post man enter the url http://127.0.0.1:5000/api/v1/parcels/678356
2 enter the desired current location and status
3 should return order 678356 with updated details
4 response code is 200
