Use the npm latest dist-tag for repository-based DSH plugin installs so new dsh-mnemon releases do not require synchronized dependency bumps here. Document the fresh-install behavior and keep it covered by the bundle architecture test.\n\nValidated with make test and an isolated npm dependency resolution.

New dsh-mnemon releases should not require synchronized version bumps in mnemon. Fresh repository-based installs will resolve the current npm latest release.
