- Merge panel: method picker (squash & merge / merge commit / fast-forward),
editable commit title + description (prefilled from the PR), and a
"delete <branch> after merge" checkbox (shown only to the head-repo owner).
- DiffView: file-by-file collapsible diff with per-line old/new line numbers
and hunk headers, replacing the raw unified-diff <pre> dump.
- PRCIBlock: shows the latest CI status for the PR's head branch + a "run CI"
button (head-repo owner) that triggers CI against the head branch.
- client: mergePull(opts), deleteBranch(), triggerCI({branch}); PR/CIRun types.
