time_pair_generator tracks each pair's position with indexes[pair], advanced only while the pair is processed. With a dynamic pairlist a pair can leave the whitelist and re-enter later, leaving its index stale so it replays the candles it missed. A coin that joins the universe mid-backtest then trades its earlier history (lookahead). Skip rows older than the last closed candle on re-entry. Static backtests are unchanged.
_sync_pair_index stopped at current_time - timeframe, so a pair that left and re-entered the whitelist stayed one candle stale for the rest of the backtest. Compare against current_time so it lands on the row a static pairlist would.
Align the regression data the way backtest() does, with the first candle dropped, so the test asserts the row date equals current_time instead of the previous candle. Add a second test that drives the real StaticPairList, ShuffleFilter and OffsetFilter stack so a rotation re-enters pairs.
