docs: sync published 0.5.0-rc.2 state

Post-release documentation synchronization for the already-published v0.5.0-rc.2 pre-release.

Scope is intentionally documentation-only. This PR updates current product/release wording that still described rc.2 as merely prepared or deferred, records the published immutable artifact identity, preserves the one-fan GlobalMaskFpe2 qualifier through its evidence tag after branch cleanup, and updates the experimental BootCampSmc README to reference rc.2 rather than rc.1.

The updates correctly replace pre-publication rc.2 wording with the published immutable release identity, preserve the one-fan GlobalMaskFpe2 qualifier through the evidence tag, and update the experimental BootCampSmc README to rc.2 without changing its Gate 5D-B research boundary. Release tag/assets remain untouched. Merge after CI is green.
