docs: document OpenAI-compatible endpoints, add ko/zh-CN READMEs#55

Expand MINT_BASE_URL guidance beyond Ollama/LM Studio to any OpenAI-compatible endpoint (llama.cpp, OpenRouter, Groq, DeepSeek), add Korean and Simplified Chinese README translations, and sync AGENTS.md/manual-testing.md with recent CLI and tooling changes (prek hook, npm publish, homebrew cask, verbose output, error ordering).
