Harden dark mode token coverage

Summary

• replace hard-coded light surfaces and foregrounds across public site routes with governed appearance tokens
• make design-system specimens and the interactive system map inherit dark-mode values
• add token parity, raw-color, contrast, inline-style, provenance, and production stylesheet regression guards
