Summary
Adds a versioned Codex plugin source package for JudgmentKit, including the plugin manifest, hosted MCP configuration, skill instructions, and OpenAI agent metadata.
Adds repo-owned build, sync, and verification scripts so the plugin source can be validated and copied into the local Codex plugin cache without committing generated
distoutput.Wires plugin verification into the default test script through
tests/codex-plugin.test.mjs.Validation
