Summary: Removes temporary diagnostic logging from the record button lifecycle and shorts gesture handlers while leaving existing duration/recording outcome logs intact.

Deleted RecordButton debug log helper and all call sites.
Deleted Shorts log helpers and all gesture/recording call sites.
