Fix incorrect header casing in include statements
This matters when trying to compile on case-sensitive filesystems (ie: cross-compiling using MinGW GCC on Linux)
This may not be everything, but it's what I noticed in https://github.com/mhammond/pywin32/pull/2735/changes#diff-92cd829561b241e9e13885f655cbda2f3479bfc88d56f8ee5d13a063fb06ce36
