BASE_URL_TO_CDN_MAP: map https://api-oai-apse2.openaimerge.com to the dedicated OpenAI CDN (cdn.openaimerge.com/initialize.js), matching the other OAI tenants. Bump the package version to 2.4.1 for publish. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
