⚡ Bolt: Memoize Printify variants API call

💡 What: Added @functools.lru_cache to get_variants in printify_manager.py and changed its return type to an immutable tuple.
🎯 Why: Prevents N+1 API calls for identical blueprint/provider combinations during bulk product creation.
📊 Impact: Saves ~500ms per duplicate request, significantly speeding up the create loop.
🔬 Measurement: Run the create command and observe reduced network latency for duplicate blueprint requests.
