…shell The 2026-07-23 repo consolidation archived graphshell, and that repo's whole design_docs tree is deleted at HEAD, so these three notes survived only in its git history, at commit 24101567 (2026-04-09). Turnstone owns the smolweb browser surface now, so this is where they belong. - 2026-04-09_smolweb_browser_capability_gaps: ten capability gaps between a promising smolweb foundation and a browser someone would use daily, read off Lagrange and Amfora. Certificate and identity UX, subscription and source health, page and source tools, discovery signal separation, wayfinding, consent-bound archive, hosted comms lanes, mutation and publication loops, surface routing and explainability, host-degradation signaling. Ends with a four-tier priority order that puts browser maturity ahead of protocol breadth. Nearest neighbour to the live 2026-08-17 gap analysis. - 2026-04-09_smolweb_discovery_and_aggregation_signal_model: the five distinct signal lanes implied by CAPCOM, Antenna, Cosmos, Spacewalk, GUS and Wander (discovery, freshness, clustering, search, neighbourhood traversal), and the product rule that they must not collapse into one vague aggregator, plus provenance requirements and implementation slices. - 2026-04-09_smolweb_graph_enrichment_and_accessibility_note: project by project relevance for Bubble, Cosmos, CAPCOM, Antenna, Spacewalk, GUS, IRC, history-tree, Wander and irchiver, the HTML versus Markdown position, and faithful render plus optional assistive enrichment. Each carries a provenance header naming its donor path and source commit, and saying plainly that none of it was ever implemented. They are filed as research, not as direction, and they speak the donor vocabulary where Graphshell is the browser and Middlenet is the smolweb. design_docs here has no DOC_README or DOC_POLICY, so there is no index to update; the flat dated-filename convention from Code/CLAUDE.md is followed.
