VTS-Libs is set of command line tools and C++ libraries used across VTS* packages.
VTS-Libs user documentation is available at https://vts-geospatial.org
VTS-Libs is usually linked from other repositories, like VTS-Mapproxy as dependency - there is no need to download and compile them manually.
