Publishes the terminal result of the second independently precommitted protocol-1.0.1 assisted-authoring cohort. The outcome is honestly
criterion-not-metat 1/4 sessions; no failed session was rerun or replaced.The PR preserves the first cohort byte-for-byte as
authoring-results-1-criterion-not-met.json, commits the second result asauthoring-results.json, and updates public claims, security notes, tests, and CI to validate both historical records.Verification:
