Closes #117\n\n## Outcome\n- preserve the precommitted protocol-1.0.1 cohort exactly as completed: 1/4 sessions passed\n- report criterion-not-met without replacing or retrying any product session\n- retain only strict privacy-bounded metadata; all temporary prompts, streams, logs, workspaces, dossiers, and records were deleted\n- update public status and CI to validate the honest exit-12 result\n\n## Verification\n- 1,223 tests passed\n- large dossier: 0.272s <= 2.0s\n- Ruff check and format check\n- strict mypy\n- sdist and wheel build\n\nA later cohort must be separately precommitted and must not overwrite this evidence.
