Implements content-addressed document and explicit repository-file registration, additive dossier schema v3 bindings, record schema v2 provenance, and comparison schema v4 registration deltas. Registration treats source bytes as inert, rejects unsafe paths and collisions, and re-verifies immutable manifests and blobs during assessment.
Verification:
