Closeout for the already-merged pre-oss-core-slimming implementation (final SHA d784a83, PR #591). No production code changes; closes #571 after merge without starting #572 work. Contents: Task 8.4 and parent checkboxes closed with completion evidence; narrow init() clarification in Task 2.1 (deterministic generated package-initialization capture permitted; dynamic registration/discovery still forbidden); final-closeout-evidence.md; residual inventory provenance split (original a8c18f... retained, final predecessor-certified d784a83...); spec.json completed; atomic move to .kiro/specs/archive/pre-oss-core-slimming/; successor Task 0 predecessor path made explicit; one test-harness repair (archived fixture source) required by the move itself. Verification: go test ./tools/kiro/speccheck and make docs-check green in the closeout worktree.
