That was incredibly fast! To avoid spamming users with updates right after today's v1.3.1 release, I’m going to let the current build sit for a bit. I'll merge this as soon as the next version is ready. I'll definitely drop your name in the release notes. Thanks again for helping Undead Wallpaper reach more people! |

Also if you don't mind i placed there a little pun... if bad i can revert it |

I've taken a look at it... had to use a translator. The text looks good, and I think you got the rebellious vibe of the "About" page. I did notice the little pun on the Everything else is absolutely perfect, though. The tags and formatting are all correct. Again thank you, the translation will help spreading the app around. |

Thanks for accepting! Also I made a new issue (feature request) that I really liked from Wallpaper Engine before I switched, hope you look at it! Also I just wanna say I really like your app! It was really a light in the dark for me, cause I'm switching slowly but surely to opensource |

That is incredibly kind of you to say, thank you! I am really happy you found an open source alternative in this. Thanks again for the translation and for helping the project! |

Thanks! I'm helping as much as I can, I don't know how to code tho... Do you have any recommendations how I could start? I'm aiming for Android app coding too! Just don't know where to learn |
|
That is awesome that you want to get into coding! It’s a great journey. Honestly, my biggest piece of advice is: don't start with Android right away. Android has a massive amount of complexity (lifecycles, contexts, Gradle) that can be super overwhelming. If you jump straight into that, especially using AI tools to write the code for you, it is very easy to get "locked out" when something breaks because you won't understand the fundamental logic underneath it. Since you are starting completely from scratch, I highly recommend learning Python first. It is incredibly friendly for beginners and will teach you how to think like a programmer without punishing you with complex syntax. I made other projects using Python, I really like using it when I can, and the fact that has a lots of modules you can use makes everything a lot simpler. Once you feel comfortable solving simple problems or building small terminal apps in Python, then you can transition to learning Kotlin, which is the language Android uses. Take it one step at a time, build your foundation of basic logic, and the rest will follow! |
Added automatic buttons for Obtainium, Google Play and Github releases

Hi! i also added automatic download buttons in download section: for obtainium, github releases and google play |

Hi! Thanks for putting this together. The quick download badges are a nice touch for the README. Like I mentioned the other day, I'm going to let the v1.3.1 release chill for a bit to gather data and feedback before pushing another update. When I get ready to prep the next version, I'll take a look at how this markdown renders, quickly tweak that one pun in the translation, and if everything looks good, I'll get it all merged in. Thanks again for the continued contributions! |
