Bring up to cctools-855; redo makefile; update script, etc.

Briefly:

• Bring up to cctools-855. (Apple quietly made a substantial OSS drop (finally!) a couple of weeks ago, in case that didn't come up on your radar yet.)
  • All I've really done is a "dumb" diff-and-patch. (Git fails on one hunk, fixed manually.)
  • There's a shell script that basically does exactly what I did, for possible use in future maintenance.
  • Broken: -no_uuid SIGSEGVs. 😿 Not a deal breaker for me personally, but...
  • Besides that, seems to work pretty well.
• Redo the makefile to allow building with, um, newer toolchains.
  • The "old" makefile is preserved for older machines via a switch in the makefile.
  • Not version dependent: works without the rest of the patches.
• A couple other little things I'm forgetting. But that's the short of it.

P.S. I'm a big fan of your projects — they're greatly under-apreciated I think. I use tease, xar 1.6, and fakeroot constantly. The standalone libBlocksRuntime is great too. Thanks! 😄
