Added handling for Cube Bits items for FEZ AP if nhyldmar/fez-ap#6 and nhyldmar/Archipelago#2 are merged in. Also increases the max number of Golden Cubes to take into account the new option of adding extra Golden Cubes in nhyldmar/Archipelago#2.
