The librarybuilderproject scaffold left the ARM Cpu.sw <Libraries> block empty (or the whole <SwConfiguration> self-closing) and the Intel Cpu.sw missing a LibraryObject for the lib being developed. This adds the standard 33 _AS system libs and the lib's own entry to both Intel and ARM Cpu.sw. Without these, AS6 may fail to generate the .br runtime module during publish. Mirrors the fix being shipped in librarybuilderproject v1.0.1 — this is the manual workaround for projects already initialized with the buggy v1.0.0 scaffold.

Automation Studio 6 requires a new project format and updated library versioning. This change migrates the example project to AS6 and increments the major version to signal the breaking change in platform compatibility. The
