Bump SERVER_VERSION, pyproject, and CITATION.cff to 0.1.5 (the three verify-tag anchors), refresh the version shown in the doc examples, and roll the CHANGELOG [Unreleased] entries into [0.1.5]. This is the first release from lluvr/cma and carries: protocol negotiation to 2025-11-25, per-session provenance, structuredContent/outputSchema, and the fully standalone package. Verified: version alignment across the three verify-tag anchors, 57 MCP tests, canon audit, plain-ASCII punctuation, and a 0.1.5 wheel build.
