Add LIneA Science Platform styled AppBar Replace the temporary Bootstrap navbar with the LSP AppBar visual identity (gradient header, LIneA logo, Home/About/Contact/IDAC nav, DATA/DOCS buttons). IDAC/Data/Docs links are configurable via NAVBAR_IDAC_URL, NAVBAR_DATA_URL and NAVBAR_DOCS_URL env vars. Adds internal About and Contact pages with content mirrored from the LSP Landing Page. Login/logout UX is left untouched, to be revisited in a separate issue.
