Summary

Archive the completed six-item bug delivery after all five owned product PRs (#3986, #3991, #3992, #3993, #4002) merged into dev. #3965 had already landed. The terminal ledger records original dispositions, contributor credit, actual merge SHAs, failure/retry history and exact candidate-to-dev tree equality.

Only this unit's Markdown records move from devlog/_plan/260908_bug6_manual_stack to devlog/_fin/260908_bug6_manual_stack, with a new final proof record. Product files remain identical to certified candidate 5d5d357 and landed dev 9ad218a.
