feat(deploy): promote Cosmos to official one-click integration#18

LibreDB Studio was accepted into the official Cosmos servapp marketplace (azukaar/cosmos-servapps-official#218), installable in one click from the Cosmos dashboard Marketplace. Promote the Cosmos deploy target from 'planned' to 'official', add a docsUrl pointing to deploy/cosmos, and update the blurb to reflect the marketplace listing. It now appears in the "Official one-click integrations" featured grid on /deploy. Bump version to 0.5.5. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
