Summary

  • Adds public operator-communication skill (Skillify path) with four-question checklist, privacy boundary, attention policy, and release-state authoring guidance.
  • Registers the skill in modules/jarvos-skills/manifest.json for generic + Claude Code + Codex + OpenClaw + Hermes projection targets.
  • Adds @jarvos/runtime-kit lintOperatorMessage / lintOperatorMessages with fixtures covering codes, paths, stacks, ambiguous actions, and AE5 release-authoring failures.
  • Notes skill projection on the four runtime adapters; updates Hermes skills-manifest digest.

Test plan

  • node --test modules/jarvos-skills/test/operator-communication-skill.test.js
  • node --test modules/jarvos-skills/test/skills.test.js modules/jarvos-skills/test/projection.test.js
  • node --test modules/jarvos-runtime-kit/test/operator-notification-lint.test.js
  • Full npm --prefix modules/jarvos-runtime-kit test still has pre-existing Compound Engineering fixtureTreeDigest drift on main (reproduced clean); not introduced here.
  • U6 can distribute/adopt; live harness invocation remains verification_pending where no contained adapter exists.

Closes coordination for Paperclip SUP-3825 (U4). Depends on U1 only for full runtime contract adoption; this unit is independently reviewable.

Ship the portable operator-communication authoring skill for Codex, Claude Code,
OpenClaw, and Hermes, plus a bounded runtime-kit lint that rejects internal codes,
paths, stacks, ambiguous actions, and release-state authoring mistakes (SUP-3825).
