Closes the lab-seed-installed coverage gap: 7 modules installed in the lab seed that were excluded from the migration test's $MODULES_NEW set because they lacked a docsource status.

All seven are genuinely nothing-to-do: every change is a DEL field (OpenUpgrade preserves as a legacy column; database_cleanup handles residuals) or a NEW record auto-created on install. No pre/post scripts needed.

partner_autocomplete, google_address_autocomplete, auth_passkey_portal, api_doc, l10n_us, l10n_us_account, payment_custom.

Closes the lab-seed-installed coverage gap so these are no longer excluded
from the migration test's $MODULES_NEW set.
