Background
This follows on to #141 by adding a mechanism to pull functions defined in the input file and use them to set the primitives of gas, dust, and radiation fluids. For gas and radiation it only supports one species, but dust should work for multiple species. Note that the functions will be evaluated on device.
Depending on what a problem needs, users may not need to set a pgen at all.
See the new input file as an example.
